Resilience Community Counseling is a thriving community based private practice located in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Our group of skilled clinicians work with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds, whom are diverse regarding race or ethnicity, sexual identity and religion. We are an “in-network” provider with many private insurance plans.
Resilience Community Counseling is seeking licensed professionals (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to work as fee-for-service clinicians in our Elkins Park, Pennsylvania office. Clinicians will be required to practice remotely through our HIPAA compliant tele-health platform during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the option of working remotely permanently after the pandemic is over. Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Please do not apply if you do not possess an active clinical license.
- Malpractice Insurance
- At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy to pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families.
- The ability to practice and deliver treatment independently.
- Experience and demonstrated cultural competence working with people of color.
- The ability to see at least 5-10 clients per week during evening and/or weekend hours.
- Meet with the practice owner in person or by video conference on a bi-weekly basis to discuss clinical and administrative issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based and culturally competent psychotherapy during initial consultations, initial intake assessments and routine psychotherapy sessions.
- Respond to routine client correspondence (telephone or email) within 24 hours.
- Utilize electronic practice management system to perform the following:
- Document intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes.
- Schedule subsequent client appointments
- Complete all progress notes within 48 hours of the session.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
