"Life doesn't get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient"
Dr Steve Marble
The focus of our clinical team is to help adults, adolescents, and children heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths through psychotherapy. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a counseling treatment plan that utilizes evidenced based treatments.
We promise to be there for you as you navigate your journey. Our clinical teams goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and help empower you to successfully move forward.
Depression, fear, anxiety, and hopelessness are common but uncomfortable emotional states. Sometimes these emotions become pervasive and begin to affect our mental health, and the quality of our lives. Through counseling and treatment, it is possible to recover motivation, perspective, and joy.
"I can be changed by what happens to me. but I refuse to be reduced by it"

Family counseling is often beneficial to families who are looking to alter or strengthen their communication patterns and rebuild emotional connection, Therapy sessions are held in a comfortable space for all family members. The therapeutic space is a supportive and neutral environment to discuss issues, discover solutions, and navigate the journey to achieve a stronger family unit.

For some, group psychotherapy is an ideal choice for addressing challenges and making positive life changes. Group therapy involves a group of 6-8 participants. Group counseling sessions are conducted under the guidance of a masters level professional with specialized therapeutic training to ensure that group members are taught and given the opportunity to practice proven, evidenced based strategies for managing specific challenges.
The overarching goal of every member of our clinical team is to foster resilience, the ability to recover from adversity, within the individuals and families that we work with throughout the course of the therapeutic relationship. During our work with clients we utilize an integrative, evidenced-based approach which encompasses Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) Mindfulness, and Eco-Systemic Family (ESFT) therapies. We provide a safe, supportive, and culturally competent environment for our clients to explore, heal from, and overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, unhealthy communication patterns, challenging behaviors, social skills deficits, and other behavioral, social, emotional and developmental challenges.
