For some, group psychotherapy is an ideal and economical choice for addressing challenges and making positive life changes. Group therapy involves a group of 6-8 participants. Group counseling sessions are conducted under the guidance of a masters level professional with specialized therapeutic training to ensure that group members are taught and given the opportunity to practice proven, evidenced based strategies for managing specific challenges.
